In 60% black New Orleans, almost 99% of homicides and nonfatal shootings are committed by blacks

Sometimes you find a sliver of data, a piece of a puzzle you thought was
permanently missing.

In New Orleans, a 60 percent black city, long have I looked for police data
on the race of suspects involved in homicides and nonfatal.

Again, if - via pattern recognition - observable facts can be gathered
regarding a particular racial groups penchant for violence, then wouldn't it
be prudent to pass laws protecting other (docile) racial groups from this
wanton chaos?

At a National Press Club speech in 1993, Farrakhan proposed starting a
colony for the "African diaspora" in a host African country, relying heavily
on labor supplied by black American prison inmates, to be sent across the
ocean much like the Imperial European powers did with their felons in the
18th and 19th centuries. That way, the first million or so could choose
between rotting in prison or following a black Pied Piper in his quest to
"start a new nation." He'd supposedly would pay the air fares for black
college students to come over and "work off their tuitions." I couldn't
