December 29, 2009 – Tiger Woods and Rachel Uchitel have been spotted
in Florida, sources have told Entertainment Tonight. According to
reports (December 29), the duo was seen partying in Palm Beaches'
Everglades Club Saturday with the couple alleged to be holding hands
and touching each other.

It appears this is another hoax to bring Tiger Woods out of hiding.

According to a newly published blog today December 29, by Jose Lambiet
a celebrity columnist for the Palm Beach Post, it appears there is no
validity to the Entertainment Tonight story whatsoever.

Lambiet claims the sighting is just a hoax.

In particular, the Everglades Club part of the story needs
clarification to why this is so far fetched. According to Lambiet, the
average age of the club attendee is 60, which might be a tad too old
for the golf pro and his gal pal. In addition, the club traditionally
has issues with including minority members and the club's officials
enjoy telling people about said policy.

“Not only is the members’ average age well above 60, it historically
has had a problem with minorities. The club boasts no non-white
members…” writes Lambiet.

Of course, that doesn’t mean they wouldn’t allow Woods to come in, but
it does mean that members would likely feel uncomfortable if the pro
golfer did show up – so no covert hiding would be necessary.

The Everglades Club President Bill Pannill chatted with Lambiet, too,
being adamant that nobody by the name of Tiger Woods has walked
through the doors of the club since Christmas.

Says Pannill to Lambiet: “A member can bring in anyone, but I can tell
you that the young lady (Uchitel) isn’t a member. I hope a member
would have the good sense not to bring Tiger Woods.”
